Some of you reading this may recognize me from my years in the apartment laundry business.
1987 I opened up the Washington, D.C. territory for the company then known as WEB Laundry Service. My very first laundry deal was for 2 washers and 2 dryers for a 14 unit property in Southeast D.C.
Over the ensuing 30 years I've hired, coached, and managed dozens of sales reps and I've personally negotiated thousands of laundry "deals" or proposals. I have been personally involved or the approving manager for deals ranging from that first "2 and 2" up to very substantial college deals over 600 machines.
